Happy Tails is a pet supplies store and dog spa designed to provide pet owners with a variety of goods and services, situated in the village of Higham.

There is a wide range of pet food and treats available for dogs and cats, including a pick-and -mix station of natural dog treats, complete and frozen raw food. You will find a range of pet supplies including toys, bowls, blankets, harnesses, leads and collars. Behind the counter we offer essential medical products such as tick and flea treatments.

In addition, we offer personalised pet tags and gifts such as water bottles, coats, blankets and pet portraits and for those special occasions, bespoke gifts for pets and their owners will be available. Create your own hampers at Christmas and enjoy doggy ice cream in the summer.

Dog training and advice will be available from our experienced dog trainers and for new dog owners, all puppy needs will be catered for, from teething toys to training pads.

Our pet spa provides all the services you would expect from a groom room from a dog bath through to a full groom and pamper package. From Shih Tzus to Great Danes, all dogs will be welcome and will be treated like family. All the natural products used in the spa are of a very high quality and available to purchase.

For those really ‘mucky pups’, we will soon be opening a “wash and go” outside warm water shower area, perfect for dog walkers who want to clean their dogs before taking them home. Shampoo, brushes and towels will be provided for either a DIY clean or a Happy Tails member will be happy to help.

Most importantly, we provide a warm and welcoming store for pets and their owners and aim to cater for all their needs. For those who just need a therapeutic dog cuddle, our dog mentors Nala, Flo and Belle will be behind the counter to brighten your day and help wag your troubles away.
